HP-UX System Management Homepage (HP SMH) – In the Disks

property page, a question mark (?) is displayed instead of OK

ISSUE

In the Disks property page, HP SMH displays a question mark ? ('unknown') instead of OK even when

there are no direct attached disks on the system. Similarly, in a few other property pages, a question

mark ? ('unknown') is likely to be displayed even when the components are not present.

SOLUTION

This problem currently does not have any known workaround. The problem is planned to be resolved in

the October 2009 web release of HP SMH.
