Running the SVA OVP utility
If the HP XC ovp utility successfully verified the HP XC System Software, use the sva_ovp
utility to verify the installation of the HP SVA software. It runs a series of Chromium
demonstration applications on all the defined display surfaces, which verifies the successful
installation of SVA software.
If you use the X Server on the head node for the DMX Console window, run the following
command before running the sva_ovp utility:
# xhost +
To start the sva_ovp utility, enter the following command on the head node:
# sva_ovp
