SAN Manager LM HP-UX Components
File Description
/sbin/TRSANManService The SAN Manager LM daemon, which is started at
boot time.
/sbin/TRSANManStarter This application is run early in the boot process to
prepare the system for SAN Manager LM.
/sbin/TRSANManInitrc The script that runs TRSANManStarter. This script is
run by init early in the boot process.
/sbin/SANManLM A directory that holds several run-time files.
/opt/SANManLM/conf/LMreg.conf The default config file for SAN Manager LM.
/etc/default/LMreg.conf The active config file for SAN Manager LM. The only
entry in this file that should be modified manually is
BasePort
. This file is not removed when SAN Manager
LM is uninstalled, so the system will be under SAN
Manager LM’s control immediately if the product is
reinstalled.
/opt/SANManLM/bin/ioscan A backup copy of the SAN Manager LM version of
ioscan.
/sbin/sendwake SAN Manager LM’s ioscan uses this utility to tell the
daemon to start its network interface. This utility can
also be used with the -k option to kill the daemon.
/opt/SANManLM/bin/TRSANManService A backup copy of the SAN Manager LM daemon.
/opt/SANManLM/bin/TRSANManStarter A backup copy of TRSANManStarter.
