Note Be sure to fill out the Registration dialog box completely and accurately. This
information is needed to generate operational keys for your SAN ID. For
multiple SAN facilities, ensure that each SAN has a unique name.
To Submit Your Registration Information Now:
1. Click the Fax/Email Registration button to submit your registration information via
fax and e-mail.
The following dialog box appears:
2. Click the Print button to print your registration information.
3. Write your fax number and purchase order number on the lines provided.
4. If you purchased Software Support Services, write the supplier’s name in the space
provided and select the type of services purchased.
5. Fax the printout to HP’s toll-free SAN registration number: 1-877-250-6850.
