Symptom Cause/Solution
A device’s power status is BAD on
the Device Status (hub) or Switch
Status (switch) page.
One of the switch’s two power supplies is unplugged.
Verify that both of the switch’s power supplies are plugged in.
This solution does not apply to the HP hub
.
The devices power supply is faulty.
For the HP hub, replace the hub.
For the HP switch, contact a Hewlett-Packard service
representative to replace the faulty power supply.
