Indicator Of Recommended Action
ON ON ON If all 18 LEDs remain on after
the SSB powers up, the power
supply or motherboard is
faulty.
Contact an HP service
representative.
ON OFF ON The FC or SCSI adapter with
the Fault LED on is faulty.
Replace the adapter.
OFF OFF ON The SSB does not recognize
the adapter in the slot with the
LEDs on. For example, an FC
adapter may be in a SCSI slot.
Remove adapter. Replace with
correct adapter if needed.
OFF OFF OFF The SSB does not recognize
the adapter in the slot. No
adapter is installed, the
adapter is faulty, or the wrong
adapter is installed.
Replace the adapter.
blinking OFF OFF The adapter associated with
the blinking LED is offline. Only
SCSI bus adapters can be
placed offline individually.
