This command prevents or allows removal of an optical disk from a drive.
Prevent A Prevent bit of 1 prevents removal of the optical disk
from a drive.
A Prevent bit of 0 allows removal of the optical disk
from a drive.
NOTE The Start/Stop Unit Command affects this command. See Table 2-62 on
page 2-73.
