• Media Removal — Whether the media can be removed from the drive or not. Many host
applications prevent media removal while accessing the cartridge in the tape drive.
• Data Compression — Indicates whether the drive is using data compression.
• Data Path Failover
Basic — Basic Data Path Failover is enabled.◦
◦ Disabled — DPF is not enabled for the drive.
◦ Unlicensed — A Data Path Failover license has not been added to the library.
• Fibre Channel Fabric Log-in Name
• Port configuration (FC only) — Drive port status.
◦ WWPN — Displays the world wide port name, a unique identifier for each FC interface.
◦ Speed — Displays the current interface speed.
◦ Port Type

– Loop — Enables selection of the Addressing Mode.

◦ Interface — The status of the port connection.
◦ N-Port ID — Logical port identifier for the FC drive port.
