d. Extend the base module from the rack.
e. Reposition the lock.
7. If the error persists, review library events for
additional information.
Ensure that the spooling cable is fully seated in the
base module and correctly connected to the robotic
assembly.
Robotic spooling cable failure2005
Cable to spooling mechanism has failed.2006
Move command failed due to spooling mechanism
failure
2007
Exchange cartridge failed due to spooling
mechanism failure
2008
Review the test requirements and retry the test. If
the test continues to fail, check for robotic
obstructions or other robotic problems.
Library test failed due to robotics assembly problem2009
Ensure that the spooling mechanism is fully seated
in the base module and installed correctly with the
robotic assembly.
Library test failed due to spooling mechanism defect2010
Drive power board has failed. Some drives might
be powered off.
2011 1. Ensure that the drive power boards are fully
seated in the module.
2. Power cycle the library.
Remove all bottom covers except for the bottom
module in the library.
Multiple bottom covers detected.2012
Remove all top covers except for the top module in
the library.
Multiple top covers detected.2013
If the base module cannot detect both a top and
bottom cover, the robotic mechanism will not move.
Bottom cover missing.2014
1. Install the bottom cover on the bottom module in
the library.
2. Check the module interconnect cabling and
module power cords.
If the base module cannot detect both a top and
bottom cover, the robotic mechanism will not move.
Top cover missing2015
1. Install the top cover on the top module in the
library.
2. Check the module interconnect cabling and
module power cords.
Ensure that the alignment mechanisms for all
modules above the bottom module are engaged
and locked.
Module alignment mechanism is not locked properly2016
A communication problem between modules was
detected.
2017 1. Ensure that all modules are powered on.
2. Ensure that all module interconnect cables are
properly attached.
3. Ensure that the alignment mechanisms for all
modules above the bottom module are engaged
and locked.
Too many unit position transmitter or detector
failures.
2018 1. Ensure that the alignment mechanisms for all
modules above the bottom module are engaged
and locked.
2. Power cycle the library.
