If you are unable to resolve an error condition, contact your HP support representative for assistance.

Error conditions
Depending on your system configuration, you may be able to view error messages (R-SIMS) as follows:
• In XP Remote Web Console (Status tab)
• In Command View XP Advanced Edition Software (“Alerts” panel).
• In XP Command View (Event History or Event Notification panels) (XP arrays only)
