You can install the 5.1 version from the HP Web site (http://www.hp.com/) for your evaluation.
Issue: Creating quotas on a newly-installed cluster might cause File Server Resource Manger to fail with an unexpected error After creating a cluster, if you try to create a quota using the Server Manager (Storage Management > Share and Storage Management > File Server Resource Manager > Quota Management > Quotas), the Quota Creation window might not open, the File Server Resource Manager will fail with the message An unexpected error occurred, and an entry will be added to the event logs. Workaround: 1.
Issue: The Create LUN operation fails The Storage Manager for SAN Create LUN operation fails if there are no free physical disks. Workaround: This failure occurs when there are no unused physical disks available to create a new LUN. To work around this issue, use the Array Configuration Utility to create the LUNs.
System installation and recovery This section describes issues related to the system installation and recovery process. Issue: Data volumes are not remounted after system recovery Mounted data volumes are not remounted after performing a system recovery. These data volumes are not damaged or destroyed but they are not visible after a system recovery operation. Workaround: In order to restore the mount points to their original locations, you must record them prior to running system recovery. 1.
Issue: A VDS Dynamic Provider error is displayed and Event ID 10 is logged during system recovery During the system recovery process, the error message HP StorageWorks MSA VDS Hardware Provider has stopped working may be displayed and Event ID 10 may be logged in Event Viewer. Workaround: This error can be ignored and is a known issue as described in Microsoft support KB article # 948275 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948275).
