Installation Tips
■ For the latest updates on CommandView SDM installation procedures, refer
to the README file provided on the
HP CommandView SDM
CD-ROM.
■ Before installing CommandView SDM, make sure the latest operating
system patches and the latest host adapter drivers and patches are installed
on the host.
■ Have a copy of the
HP StorageWorks
CommandView SDM Installation and
User Guide
available for reference. It contains more detail on the
installation procedures, and additional information on configuring
CommandView SDM for client access.
■ Make sure you have consulted the

and
