3. When you are finished, click OK to return to the Schedule Properties dialog box.
h. Click OK to return to the Schedule List dialog box, then click Close to return to the
Scheduled Report Properties dialog box.
6. In the Schedule field, select a schedule for when the report will be sent.
7. In the Content area, select the type of report to run.
a. In the navigation tree, select the node on which you want to run the report.
b. In the Type area, select the type of report to run. If Report is selected, you will also need to
select the Category, Report, and Window. If Dashboard is selected, you will need to select
the Dashboard and Window.
z Category—Select the category to which the report belongs. For more information, see
Types of reports on page 5-28.
z Report—Select the report.
z Dashboard—Select the Dashboard report. For more information, see Dashboard
reports on page 5-28.
z Window—Select the time period for which you want to run the report. For more
information, see Selecting a reporting time period on page 5-7.
Days At Enter the hour, minute, and second for the time to run the
daily report.
Time Zone Enter the time zone for the selected time.
Filter Select the filtering criteria.
z No Filter—Runs the report daily.
z Every N days—Run the report at the selected interval
of days, beginning on the date you select.
z Week—Run the report on the selected day(s) of the
week.
z Month—Run the report on the selected days of the
month.
Weeks At Enter the day, hour, minute, and second for the time to
run the weekly report.
Time Zone Enter the time zone for the selected time.
Filter Select the filtering criteria.
z No Filter—Runs the report weekly.
z Week—Run the report at the selected interval of
weeks, beginning on the date you select.
z Month—Run the report at the selected week in the
month of the selected months.
Months At Select the day of the month, hour, minute, and second to
run the monthly report.
Time Zone Enter the time zone for the selected time.
Filter Select the filtering criteria.
z No Filter—Runs the report monthly.
z Month Filter—Run the report at the selected month.
