E Using non-standard Fibre Channel storage
HP SFS recognizes and supports HP StorageWorks Enterprise Virtual Array 4000 (EVA4000) storage
arrays. The system may operate using other types of Fibre Channel storage from HP or other vendors;
however, unless by prior agreement, such non-standard storage is not supported by HP and HP makes no
claims as to the suitability or operation of such storage.
This appendix provides information that may be useful if you are planning to use non-standard Fibre
Channel storage, and is organized as follows:
