7. Select the Change interconnect option, and choose the interconnects that are to be used, as
follows:

Repeat Step 6 and Step 7 for each file system.
8. On each of the client systems, disable Portals compatibility. For information on how to do this, refer to
Chapter 2 (for HP XC client systems) or Chapter 3 (for other client systems) of the HP StorageWorks
Scalable File Share Client Installation and User Guide.
CAUTION: When you have disabled Portals compatibility on the HP SFS servers, you must also
disable Portals compatibility on the client nodes to allow client nodes to mount the Lustre file
systems successfully.
9. Start the file systems.
10. Mount the file systems on the client nodes.
8.4 Downgrading the server software
HP does not support downgrading the HP SFS server software from Version 2.2-0 to an earlier version.
