HP StorageWorks Scalable File Share System Installation and Upgrade Guide Version 2.2

Installing the servers — SFS20 storage7–8
When working through the menus, note the following points:
When you are configuring your system for the first time, it is best to accept the default menu
option of a (All of the above), and work through the menus as they are displayed. You
must enter the system and the network data at this time, but you have the option of entering other
data at a later time.
Each menu lists the individual items of information that you can enter, and also includes some
standard options, such as the following:
a (All of the above) — when you select this option, you are prompted to enter each
piece of information in turn.
n (Next section)this option allows you to skip from a menu to the next menu,
without entering any information.
p (Previous section) — this option allows you to return to the previous menu, where
you can reenter information.
c (Cancel) — this option allows you to exit from the system setup menus.
To accept a default on any command line, press the Return key.
•The Configure Networks menu applies only to systems where a Gigabit Ethernet, Quadrics,
or Voltaire InfiniBand interconnect is used—that is, the Configure Networks menu does not
apply to systems where only a Myrinet interconnect is used.
