Repairing synchronization errors
To repair synchronization activity e rrors, identify the activities that you want to reattempt or delete. Click
an entry to disp
lay more information about an activity, including its Java User Management Services
(UMS) databas
e entr y (only shown if a UMS database entry matches the activity).
You will need to decide the order in which to reattempt or delete the activities.
T o repair or delete synchronization errors:
1. I d entify the a
ctivities that you want to reattempt and select the check box in front of those entries.
You can click the entry i n the UserNam e or GroupName c olum n to find out more about the error.
2. Click Apply Selected.
If the reattem
pt is successful, the entry is removed from the list.
3. I d entify the activities tha t you want to delete and select the check box in front of those entries.
You can click the entry i n the UserNam e or GroupName c olum n to find out more about the error.
4. Click Apply S
elected.
When an activity is deleted, it is immediately removed from the list and cannot be recovered.
