Feature
Description
RISS Appliance The RISS appliance name, IP address, and document storage rate.
Domain
Thenameofthedomain.
Group Name
A smart-cell group identifier generated automatically by RISS. This
number is unique across all systems.
Smartcell I P
The IP address of the smart cell.
Smartcell Role A smart cell can be Primary, Secondary, Replica-1, or Replica-2.
State
Thecurrentlifecyclestateofthesmartcell. SeeSmart cell life cycle
states on page 23 .
Stored Doc(s)
The number of documents stored since the smar t cell was assigned.
NOTE:
When the system is actively storing documents, this count might
be different than the stored document count in Appliance
performance on page 26. This number is the real-time count on the
smartcell,whiletheAppliancePerformancecount(takenfromthe
local database) is only updated every minute.
Indexed Doc(s)
The number of documents indexed since the smart cell was assigned.
Store Rate
The number of documents being stored per second.
Index Rate
The number of documents being indexed per second.
Index Deletion Q ueue
The number of d ocuments scheduled for deletion.
Other Smar t Cells
IP addresses of smart cells in the FREE state.
RISS Version
Near the bottom of the Overview, you will find information about the RISS system software (also known as
L2) and application software (also known as L3).
SMTP Flow Control
At the bottom of the Overview, the SMTP Flow Control area shows the following information, by domain:
• The maximum number of connections allowed
• The current number of connections
• The number of archiver connections
