The PCC left menu contains links to two external functions that are not m anaged within the PCC:

RIM M anagement on page 79, which accesses the Reference Information Manager (RIM) email
mining system
•
System Insight Management on page 83, which accesses the HP Systems Insight Mana ger

This view provides an entry point to the email mining system. I t also displays an overview s howing the
mining system status for each domain.
For information on the mining overview, see Mining Overview on page 80.
To access the email mining system:
1. In the left menu, go to RIM Management and select VNC Miner[1].
The VNC View
er: Connection Details dialog box appears.
2. Click OK.
The VNC Authentication dialog box appears.
3. Enter the pa
ssword that was provided by your HP service representative, and press Enter.
TheWindowsWelcomescreenappears.
4. Place your m ouse cursor anywhere in the VNC viewer and press F8. In the menu that is displayed,
select Sen
d Ctrl-Alt-Del to display the Windows login screen.
You can als
o call the Windows login screen by pressing Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Delete or AltGr+Delete.

NOTE:
Important! Do not use Ctrl+Alt+Delete. This key sequence does not work when logging
in to VNC from the PCC.
