Use Message to specify the message of the user’s confirmation dialog box that displays upon
a succ essful deployment.
•SelectQuery RISS to require a duplication document check before sending any document to
the RISS.
4. Specify the Logging options:

•UseRetention to specify how many days the log documents are to be retained.
•UseType to specify the type of logging that Email Miner should generate.
Select Summary if you want Email Miner to only report basic information and errors. This
will log the start and end times of the Email Miner agent, the processes that a re scheduled to
run, and the mail user with which Email Miner started and ended.
Select Verbose if you want Email Miner to log information per mail user processed. This will
also log the start and end times for ea ch mail database, as well as the restriction being
applied to each user.
Select Extensive if you want Email Miner to log information per mail user processed. This
will log more information for each mail user.
Select Debug if you want Email Miner to log extremely detailed information per mail user
processed.
NOTE:
This is recommended only for t roubleshooting purposes.
5. Specify the Options:

Select Notifications to have Email Miner automatically notify the administrators if it encounters
an error while processing.
Use Notifications to specify who should be notified.
Select Restrict replication to prevent all server-specific information from replicating to all servers.
This is used to reduce the size of the Email Miner database on the servers.
Use Replication servers to specify the servers that are to contain the server-specific information for
the servers within this Server Definition document.
Server status
Within Email Miner, you can view a mail server’s processing history including which m ail users have been
processed. You can also see whic h information was pr ocessed and if the pr ocess is currently running.
This is done by opening view Administration\1. Servers\2. Status. This view displays a document
for every mail server.
