Creating a repor
t
NOTE:
You must be a member of the Administrators or Stora geAdmins User group to create a report. For
information about the User Groups, see the chapter Security .
To create a repor t, complete the following steps:
1. On the View/Generate Reports screen, click New to generate a new report. A pop-up window
appears with the following fields, as shown in New Report:
• ReportName(Mandatory)
•CustomerName
• Consultant Name
•ArrayLocation
•EmailDestn
• Select Array (Mandatory)
• Select Report (Mandatory)
• Start Date (Mandatory)
• End Date (M andatory)
• Select File Type (Ma ndatory)
NOTE:
Ensure that the fields marked as mandatory are filled to generate the report successfully.

2. Click Ge
nerate and View to generate the report and view the report without saving it.
3. Click Generate and Save to generate and save the rep ort to the server. Th e saved report can be
viewed from the report list box where it is saved and listed.
4. Double-click the saved report to view it.
Enabling email notifications
To receive the alarm notification by email, you must add the SMTP server nam es to the
serverparameters.properties file. To add the SMTP server nam es, c omplete the following steps:
1. In the PA XP Man agem ent server, navigate to the folder: \hpss\pa\properties
