An error occurred trying to fetch switch settings. Typically, this problem is resolved without user intervention.

The WKA (well-known address) kernel module failed to initialize or is not accepting connection from the
Management Server.

Probable cause
The CSCN module has not received a response from the client for 30 seconds. This usually indicates:
• The client is not responding.
