In FSPF, every 60 seconds, the firmware ages all the non-local LSRs (Link State Records) in the LSR
database and removes any stale state records that are more than 60 minutes old and have not been
updated. So that the log is not overwhelmed with notifications, this function is logged only once every 12
times it is invoked.
