Probable cause
A problem occurred while initializing the ZSD zone daemon and establishing a CSCN connection with the
interface or client process. This message usually indicates an XPath OS firmware problem. The interfaces or
clients that might be affected are:
• nscli_connect
• sb_connect
• sb_connect_comp
• zs_cha_cb
• zs_init_cscn
Recommended action
1. Reboot or power cycle the MP Router.
2. If the problem persists, run the firmwareDownload command to upgrade the firmware.
