expand vdisk
Description
Adds disk drives to a virtual disk. The expansion capability for each supported
RAID level is as follows.
Caution – Virtual disk expansion cannot be stopped and can take days to complete,
depending on drive type, RAID level, and other factors.

50 You can expand the virtual disk, one RAID 5
sub-vdisk at a time. The added RAID 5 sub-vdisk
must contain the same number of drives as each
original sub-vdisk.

vdisk Specifies the virtual disk by name or serial number. For the syntax
