HP StorageWorks Enterprise File Services WAN Accelerator v3.0.7 release notes (AG421-96007, August 2007)

HP StorageWorks Enterprise File Services WAN Accelerator 3.0.7 release notes 9
Shutting down the system
When shutting down the system using the web-based interface or the command-line interface, the system
will not automatically power down. A few minutes after the shutdown command is issued, the system goes
into a mode that is safe to power down by using the power button.
Reverting from version 3.x to 2.x
When reverting from EFS WAN Accelerator version 3.x to version 2.x, you need to either clean the data
store on reboot, or run the following commands once you have logged into the CLI (before rebooting to
version 2.x):
enable
configure terminal
no service enable
datastore convert dsv1-format
Known problems
9808 PFS or CIFS prepopulation share names or comments should not use any characters other than
letters, numbers, underscore, space, or backslash (directory separator).
10453 If the origin folder in PFS is deleted or made inaccessible, PFS share deletion silently fails without
notifications or error messages.
11140 When viewing the Management Console web interface, Microsoft Internet Explorer may crash
when using a custom time interval for some statistics graphs. Also, on the throughput graph, Microsoft
Internet Explorer may display the same value for both LAN and WAN. The workaround is to try Firefox or
a different version of Internet Explorer.
11519 Spurious asymmetric route (probe filtering) disables PFS.
Resolved issues
Version 3.0.6 n78 to version 3.0.7 n84
10491 Fixed MAPI crash with log message "[assert.CRIT] - {- -} ASSERTION FAILED
(!is_prepop_ip(client_ip)) at ../protocol/mapi/mapi_client.cc:35" and similar messages.
11373 Clarified PFS error messages when deleting shares.
11736 Fixed rh crash when requesting QoS status for unknown class if no stats exist for the time period.
11780 Fixed failure to load neighbor statistics graph when choosing a specific IP address.
11923 Fixed incorrect exported CSV file of Connection Pooling statistics.
12168 "show stats traffic" now shows "100%" instead of "1e+02%" in Traf% column.
12733 Fixed problem where hostname change by CMC is not reflected in the CMC web interface.
