Reporting events that allow controller operation to continue
Events that do not cause controller operation to halt are displayed in one of two
ways:
■ Spontaneous Event log
■ CLI Event reporting
Spontaneous Event log
Spontaneous Event logs are automatically displayed on the maintenance terminal
(unless disabled with the FMU) and use %EVL formatting, as illustrated in
Figure 3.
