ifInNUcastPkts [ifTable]
Syntax Counter

Status Mandatory
Description The number of non-unicast packets (for example, subnetwork- broadcast or subnetwork-multicast)
delivered to a higher-layer protocol.
ifInDiscards [ifTable]
Syntax Counter

Status Mandatory
Description The number of inbound packets which were chosen to be discarded even though no errors had been
detected to prevent their being deliverable to a higher-layer protocol.
Note: One possible reason for discarding such a packet could be to free up buffer space.
ifInErrors [ifTable]

Status Mandatory
Description The number of inbound packets that contained errors, which thereby prevented them from being
deliverable to a higher-layer protocol.
ifInUnknownProtos [ifTable]

Status Mandatory
Description The number of packets received by way of the interface, that were discarded because of an
unknown or unsupported protocol.
