cfgClear
Clears all zone configurations.
Synopsis cfgClear
Availability admin
Description Use this command to clear all zone information in the transaction buffer. All defined zone objects
in the transaction buffer are deleted. If an attempt is made to commit the empty transaction buffer
while a zone configuration is enabled, a warning is displayed, to first disable the enabled zone
configuration or to provide a valid configuration with the same name.
After clearing the transaction buffer using the cfgClear command, use the cfgDisable command to
commit the transaction, and clear the zone configuration in flash for all the switches.
Note: This command requires a Zoning License.
Operands None.
Example To clear all zones, then commit the changes to both volatile and non-volatile memory (assuming no
enabled configurations):
