Starting EVM and Controlling Access
Browsing to the EVM Home Page
Complete the following procedure to access the EVM Home Page.
1. Click anywhere on the Device Home Page.
NOTE: Typically, the OSM Account Login Page displays at this time. However, if a login has
occurred recently, the OSM Account Login Page may be bypassed. If this occurs and the
OSM Home Page displays, proceed to step 3.
2. Log in as required (see “Establishing Password Control”on page 7–4).
Proceed to step 3 after the OSM Home Page displays.
3. Navigate to Enterprise Volume Manager, as shown in Figure 7–6, by choosing
Applications > Volume Management > Enterprise Volume Manager.
The EVM Launch Page displays (see Figure 7–7).
