Close the back door of the primary cabinet.

If you installed the replacement CLM smart media
card, you need to upgrade your firmware using
the Interface Manager's command-line interface.
Refer to the HP StorageWorks Interface Manager
and Command View TL user guide for detailed
procedures on upgrading firmware.
After updating the firmware, verify that the CLM
firmware matches the library firmware. From the
OCP, select Ops, CLM, then Details to display
the firmware version number.

Ensure that the CLM controller is recognized
by the library.
- Power off the CLM controller using the
switches on the two CLM controller power
supplies.
- Repeat Steps 11-14 of this procedure,
removing the existing CLM smart media
card and installing the replacement CLM
smart media card.
- Power on the CLM controller using the
switches on the two CLM controller power
supplies.
