For a description of the EWS Logs and an explanation of the button functions at

the bottom of the log window, refer to the hp StorageWorks Embedded Web

Server User Guide.

Viewing Logs

You can view log data through the Master Log on the main window. However, if

you want to see only certain types of events, for example only login/logout events

(session events), open a specific log through the View Logs dialog box.

To view a log, perform the following:

1. Choose Monitor > Logs, then choose one of the options. The View Logs

dialog box displays, as shown in Figure 37.

■ To view a different log, choose a log from the drop-down list.

■ To view multiple logs simultaneously, choose the Display in a new

window check box and choose another log from the drop-down list.

■ To clear the log, click Clear.
