¹ Rack mount kit will fit HP’s E25/33/41 racks, All Compaq racks as well as Standard 19” racks

Racking the Edge switches: The following HP racks are available for integration of

products and peripherals that are ordered with the Edge switches:

A4900A HP9000 Std Rack System E25 19" standard 25 EIA rack for servers and peripherals.

1.25 Meter rack.

A4901A HP9000 Std Rack System E33 19" standard 33 EIA rack for servers and

peripherals. 1.6 Meter rack.

A4902A HP9000 Std Rack System E41 19" standard 41 EIA rack for servers and

peripherals. 2.0 Meter rack.

Note: Also compatible with Standard Rittal 19” rack

The 2.0-meter rack supports 41U and a maximum weight of 2000 lbs.

IMPORTANT: It is possible to mount the switches with no space between (unless you mix

switch models in the same rack). However, HP recommends that you leave space between

every second switch for cable management in racks that do not have side channels for cable

routing, (such as the HP Rack System/U and Rittal racks.
