Output The data is displayed as a table that includes the following
information:
Output Example The output from the config.ficonMS.show command appears as
follows:
Ficon MS State: Disabled
Ficon MIHPTO (seconds): 180
config.ip.ethernet
Syntax ethernet ipAddress gatewayAddress subnetMask
Purpose This command sets the Ethernet network settings.
ATTENTION! The Telnet connection can be lost when these Ethernet
network settings are changed.
NOTE: If the IP address is reconfigured, your Telnet client must be
reconnected to the new IP address. A new login will be requested.
Parameters This command has three parameters:

Root> config ip ethernet 10.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 255.0.0.0
Ficon MS State The state of the FICON MS feature.
Ficon MIHPTO The FICON MIHPTO value in seconds.
ipAddress Specifies the new IP address for the director or
switch. The address must be entered in dotted
decimal format (for example, 10.0.0.0).
gatewayAddress Specifies the new gateway address for the
Ethernet interface. The address must be entered
in dotted decimal format (for example, 0.0.0.0).
subnetMask Specifies the new subnet mask for the Ethernet
interface. The address must be entered in dotted
decimal format (for example, 255.0.0.0).
