the utility.
Once the download has started, do N OT power off the unit or interrupt the firmware download process
until the downl
oad is complete. Doing so could leave the product in a n on-usable state.
The firmware file

support/storage . Select your product from the list and follow the instructions from the Web page.
NOTE:
If you have trouble finding your product or fi rmware, use the Product Search function from

Determining current version
You can also use HP StorageWorks Library & Tape Tools (L&TT) to check your current firmware revision.
Click on the device and then click on the Firmware button. Alternatively, you can use the OCP Home ->
Status/Information -> Autoloader Information -> Firmware Rev option.
