If this error occurs repeatedly, it means the protocol implementation between two connected switches has
problems.
Recommended Action
Run the nbrStateShow command to check the neighbor state of the port listed in the message. If it is
FULL, then this message can safely be ignored. Otherwise, run the portDisable and portEnable
commands to refresh the port.

Probable Cause
Indicates that the database transmit set flag was not set for the specified input state on the specified port.
Neighbor finite state machine (NBFSM) states are as follows:
0 - Down
1 - Init
2 - Database Exchange
3 - Database Acknowledge Wait
4 - Database Wait
5 - Full
Recommended Action
No action is required. The Fabric OS auto recovers from this problem.

Probable Cause
Indicates that the response payload exceeds the maximum frame size the remote switch can handle.
Recommended Action
Run the firmwareDownload command to upgrade the remote switch with v4.3 or higher, or v3.2 or
higher, as appropriate for the switch type, so that it can support GMI to handle frame fragmentation and
reassembly.
You can also reduce the number of devices connected to the local switch.
