Probable Cause
Indicates that the standby CP is being reset due to a loss of heartbeat. This message is typically seen when
the standby CP has been rebooted. Note that in certain circumstances a CP may experience a double reset
and reboot twice in a row. A CP can recover automatically even if it has rebooted twice.
