Displays whether Reliable Commit Service (RCS) is enabled.

rcsdisabled

Description
Use this command to display whether RCS is enabled.
If rcsDisabled = 0 appears, RCS is enabled; rcsDisabled = 1 appears if RCS is disabled.
NOTE: This command can be issued on Fabric OS v4.1.x, and above, and v5.x FCS switch in the
fabric.
