XP Performance Control
XP Performance Control software can give higher priority to the I/O operations of the server that
requires the high processing performance than the I/O operations of the other servers. XP
Performance Control can set the priority of I/O operation to ports, but if the continuous access is
performed with the Fibre Channel interface connection, the initiator ports do not support the XP
Performance Control option. For further information on XP Performance Control, see the HP

Compatible XRC and CC
The XP24000 disk array is functionally compatible with the IBM Extended Remote Copy (XRC)
function and IBM 3990, 2105, and 2107 Concurrent Copy function. For further information on

XP Auto LUN
“Whether TrueCopy for Mainframe and TrueCopy for Mainframe Asynchronous volumes can be
used as XP Auto LUN volumes” (page 59) explains whether TrueCopy for Mainframe and TrueCopy
for Mainframe Asynchronous volumes are usable as XP Auto LUN volumes. For more information
