CLPR: The number and name of the CLPR to which the volumes forming pairs belong. If the
consistency group is not in use, this column is blank. For further information on CLPRs, see the HP
StorageWorks XP24000 Disk/Cache Partition User’s Guide.
Operation: Indicates the current operation performed on the Asynchronous Operation window.
Preview: Indicates the number of rows in the preview list.
Usage Monitor Window
The Usage Monitor window (see Figure 2 3 on page 64) displays the remote copy I/O statistics for all
LDEVs to be monitored on the connected storage system, displays the status of remote copy usage
monitoring, and allows you to perform the Continuous Access usage monitor operations. Please see
Usage Monitor Operations on page 89 for information a nd instructions on per forming usage monitor
operations.

Monitoring Switch: Allows you to see whether monitoring is on or off. Monitoring Switch displays
Enable
when monitoring is on and displays Disable when monitoring is off.
Note:
When monitoring is stopped, the usage monitor graph is closed. The usage monitor graph
can
only be displayed when monitoring is running.
G a thering Interval: Allows you to see the data collection interval for usage monitoring.
Update: Displays the most recent data sample time for the data on the graph.
G raph: Displays the remote I/O statistic information and the status of remote copy m onitor.
Note:
The settings for Usage Monitor are linked with the settings for the monitoring switch in the
Monitoring O ptions window of Pe rformance Monitor. If you start or stop monitoring, or change the value
of
Gathering Interval with the Usa ge Monitor window of Continuous Access, the status of monitoring or
the
value of Gathering Inter val on the Per formance Monitor window is also changed. If the settings for
the
monitoring switch are changed from the Monitoring O ptions window of Pe rformance Mo n itor,the
settings on the Usage Monitor window of Continuous Access are automatically changed.
