Windows NT/2000/2003 command notes:
• \HORCM\etc\ commands are used when issuing commands
interactively from the console.
• If the user issues these commands without any arguments, RM will
enter interactive mode.
• \HORCM\usr\bin commands are not interactive.
• \HORCM\usr\bin commands are used for programatic execution
from a user application.
