Configuring VSS/VDS to access Command View:
1. In the Appliance IP Address text box, enter the IP address of the ser ver where
Command View i
s installed and click Logon.
The Enter UserName and Password window pops up.
2. Enter the
administrator’s User Name and Password to the Command View system.
(The default username and password is “administrator”.) Click OK. A “loading...”
message appears while the system authenticates the logon. The system populates
the Configuration Utility window HSV Storage System box with the name of the disk
array and (VDS) a list of available d isk groups.
