When you have completed your selections, click Next. If a Virtual SQL Server/Virtual
SSAS for a selected instance has not been placed in maintenance mode, you will
see the following error.
Click Details to see a list of instances that are not in maintenance mode. Note these
instances and then exit from the wizard, place the instances into maintenance mode,
and restart the wizard.

this dialog, you can either browse for an existing template file (and edit it if necessary)
