To enable DTC on the local node, it must be configured to accept incoming
transactions and perform outgoing transactions on the network. The following
instructions are a recommended method of configuration, although your application
needs may differ.
1. Open Component Services via Start > Programs > Administrative Tools.
2. Expand the Component Services folder and browse to the My Computer folder.
