4.1.0 HP Polyserve Matrix Server Upgrade Guide (T5392-96067, October 2010)

1 Overview
This document describes upgrades to the following products:
• HP PolyServe Matrix Server 4.1.0.
• HP PolyServe Software for Microsoft SQL Server 4.1.0.
• HP PolyServe Software for Windows File Serving 4.1.0.
Upgrades are supported only from the 3.6.x and 4.0.0 versions of these products.
If you are running an earlier version, you will first need to upgrade to the 3.6.x
releases and then upgrade to Matrix Server 4.1.0.
Supported operating systems
The following operating systems are supported:
• Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard or Enterprise Edition (64-bit)
• Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard or Enterprise Edition (64-bit) with Service
