Enable an application on a server: Left-click on the cell corresponding to the
application and server. Then right-click and select Enable.
Disable an application on a server: Left-click on the cell corresponding to the
application and server. Then right-click and select Disable.
Servers
To add a resource such as a service or device monitor to a server, left-click in the
cell for that server and resource, right-click, and select Add To Resource.
To remove a resource such as a service or device monitor from a server, left-click in
the cell for that server and resource, right-click, and select Remove From Server.
Virtual hosts
When you right-click on a virtual host, you can perform the same operations as are
available on the Servers or Virtual Hosts tab.
• Rehost, or move, the virtual host to another node in the matrix.
• Add a service monitor.
• Enable or disable the virtual host.
• View or change the properties for the virtual host.
• Delete the virtual host.
• View alerts.
To perform these procedures, left-click on the cell for the virtual host (click in the Name
column). Then right-click and select the appropriate operation from the menu. See
Chapter 14 on page 189, for more information about these procedures.
Service and device monitors
You can perform the same procedures on the Application tab as are available when
right-clicking on a service monitor or device monitor on the other tabs. The procedures
are as follows:
• Delete the monitor
• View or modify the configuration of the monitor (via the Properties option)
• Enable or disable the monitor on a specific server
• View or clear the last error
• Remove from server
• View alerts
