3.7.0 HP StorageWorks HP Scalable NAS File Serving Software command reference guide HP Scalable NAS for Linux (AG513-96003, October 2009)

Kill worker threads that do replication work. Replication activity will stop, but
rplcontrol remains alive. The replication state must be 2 (running) or 3
(waiting). This option changes the replication state to 4 (stopped).
-c 3 | s configchange
Notify that the replication configuration has changed. This command is sent
automatically as needed and does not need to invoked manually.
-c 4 | s exit
Force rplmonitor to exit, which stops worker threads if they are running. The
replication state must be 2 (running), 3 (waiting), or (4 (stopped). This option
causes the replication state to change to state 5 (exited).
-c 5 | s restart
Load the worker threads that perform replication work. The replication state must
be 4 (stopped). This option causes the replication state to change to state 2
(running).
-c 6 | s reelect
Force the reelection of the sentinel node. If the preferred sentinel node is the
current sentinel node, you can use this command to force the preferred sentinel
node to become the current sentinel node. The preferred sentinel node must be
a member of the replication group at the time the command is issued. The replic-
ation state must be 2 (running), 3 (waiting), or 4 (stopped). This option does not
cause a state change.
-c 7 | s switch
Force replication to terminate the ongoing replication interval and start a new
interval. The replication state must be 2 (running). This option does not cause a
state change.
-c 8 | s pausetransport
Pause the ongoing transport of files from the source cluster to the destination
cluster. The replication state must be 2 (running). This option does not cause a
state change.
-c 9 | s resumetransport
Resume transport of files from the source cluster to the destination cluster. The
replication state must be 2 (running). This option does not cause a state change.
The -h ip|hostname option can be used to run the command on a specific node.
