NOTE:
The version of mxcollect provided in earlier Matrix Server/HP Clustered File
System releases is still available in the /opt/hpcfs/tools directory. This version
is deprecated and does not collect all of the information gathered by the new version
of mxcollect.
mxconsole – start the Management Console
Synopsis
/opt/hpcfs/bin/mxconsole [--matrix <cluster>] [--config <file>]
[--user <username>]
Description
The mxconsole command starts the HP Scalable NAS Management Console, which
is used to configure and monitor the cluster. The Management Console can be run
from either a cluster server or a local machine outside the cluster. (See the HP Scalable
NAS File Serving Software administration guide for information about using the
Management Console.)
The options are:
--matrix <cluster>
Specify the cluster for the connection. cluster can be any node in the cluster.
--config <file>
Specify the configuration file to be consulted for server, user, and password in-
formation. The file must have the same format as matrixrc.
--user <username>
Specify the user to be logged in.
