test—Test an event notifier service
mx eventnotifier test [--snmp] [--email] [--script]
This command verifies that events can be sent to the specified notification service.
An error will be reported if the service is disabled or is not configured.
The options are:
[--snmp]
Test the SNMP notification service.
[--email]
Test the email notification service.
[--script]
Test the script notification service.
If none of the options are specified, all notification services will be tested.
viewconfig—View the configuration of the event notification services
mx eventnotifier viewconfig [--snmp] [--email] [--script]
The options are:
[--snmp]
Display the configuration of the SNMP notification service.
[--email]
Display the configuration of the email notification service.
[--script]
Display the configuration of the script notification service.
If none of the options are specified, the output will include the configuration of all
event notification services.
