For hpmsa2000 and engenio, use the --controllerA <hostname|IP_ad-
dress> option to specify the hostname or IP address for controllerA on the
storage array. For hpeva, use the --hostname <hostname> option to specify
the hostname for the management appliance. For hpxp, use either the --in-
stanceL <number> or --instanceR <number> option.

--type specifies the type of device monitor to be created: CUSTOM, DISK, or
SHARED_FILESYSTEM.
--servers specifies the server or servers that use the monitored device. The
<devicename> can include up to 32 characters.
The optional arguments are:

The application associated with this device monitor.
